As the service provider, we are responsible under Section 7(1) of the Telemediengesetz (TMG – German Telemedia Act) for our own contents on these pages in accordance with the general legislation. Under Sections 8 to 10 TMG, however, we are not required as the service provider to monitor third-party information that is sent or stored or to investigate circumstances that might indicate illegal activities.
Obligations to remove or to block the use of information in accordance with general legislation are not affected by this.
